Cindy Eddy, President of the Auxiliary to Sons of Union Veterins of the Civil War, remembers those who served during the Civil War during a Memorial Day ceremony at Pioneer Cemetary in Calistoga. Ms. Eddy wears her membership badges and representing (L-R) Auxiliary to Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War (ASUVCW); Daughters of Union Veterans of the Civil War (DUVCW); Woman's Relief Corps (WRC); and Ladies of the Grand Army of the Republic (LGAR). She derives her membership in these heritage organizations from her Union Civil War ancestor Morton S. Eddy a private in Company A of the 18th Michigan infantry.
