"My brother and I inherited our dad's place on Lake Street-it's an old craftsman built in 1915 and it has been in our family since the late 70s. My brother lives there and my husband and I try to visit as often as we can. We even spent 3 months of my maternity leave (which coincided with the Valley Fire) in Calistoga. Growing up in such a beautiful, agricultural area and taking hikes with my dad up oat hill mine road gave me a profound appreciation for the environment. That background drew me to major in environmental policy during undergrad and then go into the field of environmental law." -San Francisco based EPA Attorney Rebekah Wiley with her son, Wiley, are on their way to the Calistoga Saturday Market.
