79 year old distance bicycler, Lew Meyer, talks with his doctor soon after he crashed at mile 17 of the Race Across America. Knock out for 10 minutes and fairly banged up, Lew went on to complete the 9-day 3000 mile race and, afterwards, discovered he had fractured his hip. They don't make them like this anymore!
